John P. Heffner is a certified member of ASHI (America Society of Home Inspectors) and FABI (Florida Asscoiaton of Building Inspectors) who operates a building and home inspection firm in the greater Tampa Bay area. His primary business is building and home inspection for individuals purchasing existing homes and commercial buildings. He also does Air Quality and Mold Sampling with ceritcations of completing through Pro-Lab and ITA-Kaplan school.
John also serves as an instructor for Environmental Solutions Association (ESA),which trains and certified mold inspectors through out the United States.
John also serves as a consultant to Home, Building and Mold inspectors through out the Greater Tampa Bay area.

Construction and Home Inspection Experience
1999 to present: Full time home inspector. Primary business is home inspection, commercial building inspection, new construction inspection. and Air Quality/ Mold Sampling.
Performs new construction inspections for individual building homes. Interact with builders and municipal building departments re: building code compliance.
2001 to present: Renovated and manages 8 unit mobile home park. Worked with a Residential contracting firm for 15 yrs prior too starting BCS Inspection Services, Inc.
